All Town Court functions for the Town of Salina are performed by two Town Justices. Each Judge has the responsibility for:

  • Traffic Violations
  • Arraignments
  • DWI Cases
  • Small Claims, up to $3,000
  • Evictions within the Town limits
  • Criminal Cases
  • Marriages

Payments can be made at the Court Offices Monday - Friday between 9am - 4pm.

ADJOURNMENTS WILL NOT BE GRANTED ON THE SAME DAY AS COURT IS HELD
