Marriage licenses

By appointment only.  Please call 315-457-2710

The fee for a marriage license is $40 and anyone previously married MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF HOW MARRIAGE WAS DISSOLVED.

Please bring a current form of identification from the following list below:

• Driver’s license
• Non-driver’s license with picture
• Passport (valid) for identity purpose only
• Naturalization papers
• Military I.D.

AND a Birth Certificate or a Baptismal Record
If the above documentation is not in English, the document must be translated by a certified translator.
