Community Center Updates

• Town Board approved all 4 construction bids and ground breaking is expected by the end of the month.

• Special Board Meeting - to consider action in regard to bids received related to the Salina Community Center construction project. 

• Bids are due 

• Pre-bid Meeting hosted by C&S Companies

• Updated building rendering

• Groundbreaking to begin

• Town Board approved (4-1) the bond resolution 

• C&S Companies will be attending the Town Board Meeting on July 24, 6:30 pm, to speak on this project
• The Town Board will vote on the bond resolution 
• Project is expected to go to bid on August 14
• Updated renderings of the building and park will be uploaded soon

• Counselors Ciciarelli and Carnie were absent. This resolution requires 4 in favor to pass - the vote will be rescheduled to July 24

• Town Board to vote on the bond resolution
