Planning and Development

Our Mission: The mission of the Department of Planning and Development is to serve the community by providing for the health, safety, welfare, and safety education of the public. The Department encompasses the following functional areas:

• Zoning Board of Appeals

The Director coordinates the enforcement activities of the various divisions and additionally coordinates cases between the Planning Board, the Zoning Board of Appeals and the Fire Prevention Bureau.

The Department of Planning and Development is located on the second floor (Room 213) of the Town Hall, 201 School Road, Liverpool, New York 13088.
