All Town Court functions for the Town of Salina are performed by two Town Justices. Each Judge has the responsibility for:

• Traffic Violations
• Arraignments
• DWI Cases
• Small Claims, up to $3,000

• Evictions within the Town limits
• Criminal Cases
• Marriages
