Comptroller
The Town of Salina Comptroller's Office includes the Comptroller and three (3) full-time and one (1) part-time staff responsible for the following:
- Financial record keeping of all Town Funds and Improvement Districts
- Auditing of payments to vendors
- Administering the investments of all Town funds
- Preparation of the payroll and tracking employee benefits for all Town employees
- Preparation of Monthly Reports to the Town Board
- Preparation of the Annual State Comprehensive Financial Report
- In addition to their financial duties, the following services are also provided through the Comptroller's office:
- Provides and coordinates nuisance calls (skunks, etc.) with the Town's licensed nuisance wildlife trapper
